SERVICE AGREEMENT - THE UGC FREEDOM FORMULA

1. Overview

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and participation in The UGC Freedom Formula (the “Course”), created and owned by Creative Life UGC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in this Course, you (“Student,” “Participant,” or “Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Course Description

The UGC Freedom Formula is a digital course designed to teach creators how to build a profitable UGC (User Generated Content) business from the ground up.

The Course includes:

  • 30+ instructional video lessons led by Sidnie & Devin
  • Templates, workbooks, guides, and tools used by us to build our own UGC business
  • Step-by-step frameworks for filming, editing, pitching, and landing brand deals
  • Access to resources such as email templates, outreach scripts, contracts, rate guides, and portfolio designs
  • The Course is delivered online through the Kajabi platform and is self-paced.

3. Intellectual Property

All content included in The UGC Freedom Formula - including but not limited to videos, templates, workbooks, guides, downloads, written materials, and resources - is the sole property of Creative Life UGC.

You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or otherwise disclose any portion of the Course or its materials to any third party.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Sharing access with others (friends, peers, or online communities)
  • Uploading materials to external sites or forums
  • Using course content to create derivative works or competitive products

Violations of this clause will result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may result in legal action.

4. Payment & Access

Payment must be made in full or via an approved payment plan through Kajabi before access is granted.

If using a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in suspension or removal from the Course.

Access to all Course materials will remain active for the lifetime of the Course on Kajabi, as long as the Course exists under Creative Life UGC.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared within the Course and community spaces (if applicable).

This includes other participants’ experiences, feedback, and materials discussed in private group forums or coaching sessions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to the Course at any time if you violate these terms, engage in unethical behavior, or misuse the materials.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of your residence.
